We just deplete more of Earths resources through space exploration. Waste of oil, fuels, gases, metals, etc , Space exploration is a waste of money When we think of space we often think of retro flashbacks of Star Trek and popular sci-fi shows. Sadly, the dream to travel to the stars and live ‘off world’ is a rather distant dream for the moment. In real life, agencies like NASA and ESA are at the forefront of such endeavours, In this age of global problems, the necessity of co-operation in space as human beings with predominantly common interests cannot but have a feedback on earth. If and when space exploration becomes more than a marginal activity, its higher priority is bound to give new stimulus to international joint ventures in space .
